Dr. Barnes received a degree in Biology from the University of Maine at Orono and obtained a doctorate of chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2012. He is a Maine native and has lived here most of his life. He is a participating member of the Maine Chiropractic Association. Dr. Barnes specializes in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal injuries including neck pain, back pain, headaches, sciatica, pinched nerves, and disc injuries. 

Dr. Barnes resides in China, ME with his wife, Jenna, and their dog, Murphy. His hobbies including snowmobiling, camping, fishing and exploring the great outdoors.  Dr. Barnes also serves as the Chair of Board of Directors for L.E.A.P, a non-profit that specializes in providing direct support for people with intellectual, physical, and emotional disabilities.
